You may ask why I posted this in the electric section. Here is why.
This watch may be the first attempt at an electric watch by the Hamilton Watch Company. When I saw the watch, I saw the dial first in this white Palisades case, which is spectacular in itself, then I saw the two stems and said what the heck, then investigated.
According to the paper work from the archives of the Hamilton Watch Co where this was stored in their archive vault reads as follows"
"Pillar plated altered by drilling outbanking screw holes & inserting insulated bushings for banking screws forming an electric escapement."
