Not totally unrelated, but as a Star Trek fan I was watching an episode of the new series Picard and spotted this on the desk. I guess watch case backs don't change much for the next 4 or 5 hundred years.

Of course you could always look for a vintage solid gold Rolex Submariner (1680 for instance). It's much easier to have it made water-resistant!
