Chronograph ID

Yet another discovery in the pile of watches from my friend. Not sure that this is anything special. The only markings I can see on the movement are 17 jewels, swiss made and what appears to be 170 under the regulator. Inside back of case has no markings and there is simply the number on the back of the outside case as seen in one of the pics attached. The dial has no maker name and only generic "swiss made" and "telemetre".

The case is somewhat substantial and appears to be brass.

Despite the pushers being broken, the watch still is functioning.

Anyone recognize it?
