Thank you for the follow-up, daxtellgt6!daxtellgt6 wrote: Never mind - didn't realize my "auto log in" didn't carry over when I used the new URL -
You're correct: the auto-login stores your credentials in your browser's cookies based on the URL name and since the new link to the forum differs from the original one, simple re-login will resolve this issue and the new credentials will be stored in the cookies for next "auto-log in"
Thansk!

No, you do not need to re-log in every time. Once you go to the new forum link (http://www.vintagewatchforums.com/) and log in there once and check "Log me on automatically each visit" option, the browser will remember your credentials and next time your login will be automatic.
Thanks,

It's Voldymer, V for short.
Sorry, keep coming back to this... odd choice of wording.
I've been watching too much Harry Potter.
Thanks for keeping us in the know.

Re: Tech Support
I'm glad to have found this site. Since every forum site is different I'm still getting familiar with what's what here and didn't see, yet, how to PM an admin - so this is a good place for this:
The mouse-based "capcha" when registering doesn't work with iPhone or iPad Safari. Can't select and move a word to a different column. I had to wait until I was at my desktop to register. It sure would have been better if y'all had used a mobile-friendly way to prove you're not a robot. Thanks.

Re: Tech Support
I am not able to edit my post.
I'm pretty sure I used to be able to.
Has this changed for all?

Hi Liz:
I believe the ability to edit a particular post is time-sensitive and no longer available after a certain amount of time has passed.
I reserve the right to be completely wrong, however, as I have no business wandering in to a tech conversation.

You're correct. Once you post I think it's 15 minutes to fix it. It's made so you can't go back and change your story....LOLretroworx wrote:Hi Liz:
