This is fascinating to me. Of course, my only engraved watch is the Breakthru 60 Pacer I picked up a few months ago dedicated to George E Richards. So far, I haven't been able to find anything...ANYTHING on the man or the campaign other than Rene's book. If you savvy folks have any search tips, I'm interested. 8-)

Seems, there was originally the monogram of the first owner which has been obliterated by the flowers.
