For Sunday I'm wearing the 1953 Croydon cld.

I have the original bracelet that was provided by Kestenmade. The patina on the original dial, well it just never looked "clean" with the bracelet. I put the 16MM long Champion glove leather band and it is comfortable and nice.

In fact, I think it may look more like what a "work-in man's watch" which would have been worn in the 50's!

Pat, I like the watch on the Champion glove leather strap.
Today I wore the Timex, with original expansion band. Snow coming too!

Picked this one up this week. 1965 Bulova Stainless Automatic 17J 11ALAC movement.
I think it's part of the Jet Clipper family, but I couldn't find it on any of the Bulova websites.
Installed a new crystal and crown and just a light polish. You can kind of tell through the heavily scratched crystal that it had a nice dial and it is mint.
NOS JB Champion band.

Squash 61: I have a Bulova like yours on its way to me. Yours is beautiful, so if mine is half as nice as yours, I'll be very happy. The JB Champion band is a perfect compliment to a nice watch!

Today, I'm wearing a mid 50's Elgin Woodruff. You Elgin aficionados correct me if I have the wrong model name. Notice the nice original band that continues the case design.

Beautiful Elgin combo, eclecticfunk!

For church this morning and a concert tonight I'm wearing a Bulova "Lone Eagle":

Todd,

Interesting watch, what a color!

I would imagine people notice that....

Ditto on the Wittnauer. Also like the vertical day/date.

The Gruen is very sharp. Love how the band works right into it.

Today, another Elgin De Luxe from 1942ish

Early 1970's Timex SSQ. The latter models do not have the "SSQ" (Solid State Quartz) on the dial bezel.
No illumination bulb on these.
Features 12 HR Time of Day

seconds timer
alternating Time of Date to Month\Day
