Yes indeed: it is very thorough for both men's and ladies' models, with some amazing new identifications in both lines. This wasn't just an economy series; it some ways it set the stage for the Hamilton watches being made today.

Hi Guys!

I don't post everyday, a lot going on with my family, however I'm looking at these good looking watches everyday! :)

For me today, a 72' Day N' Date ST-5503 with the original issue Champion bracelet.

My first Illinois, a garage sale find from 30 years ago, with an unusual dial. Mr. Toad's watch got me to wear it today.

Great looking Elgin and ad to compare it to.

Yes it was pretty blah here, but this one brightened it up for me, a 1952 Thorndale. Picked it up at an antique mall yesterday along with an Elgin ad from Life magazine. I'm a new crystal and dial cleaning away from it looking pretty sharp. IMG_20180204_193844.jpg

Revue Thommen. Just noticed I had it set to the wrong month when I took the picture. Duh!

Today I’m wearing this Elgin that may not be an Elgin.

A new acquisition, a WARD "canteen" watch, never saw one of these, any comments appreciated. With no little chain on the crown cap it amazes me the cap never got lost.
