I'm doing good. Thanks for asking. I was 5 minutes away from the hospital. It's crazy, this type of attack is called "the Widowmaker". Only 10 percent survive. Total occlusion of the left arterial descending artery leading to the heart. My son, who is a cardiac nurse said before the advent of modern cath labs, people usually died.

I’ve been where you’ve been, except I did not have a heart attack. I scheduled an appointment when a “little voice” inside me said, “You need to go get checked out now!” I am sure glad I did because I was just a whisker away from making my wife a widow. The next thing I know they were wheeling me into surgery. Get well. You have a lot to be thankful for. And for the rest of the forum members—Listen to that little voice. BTW, I really like that pocket watch. I’ve always had a soft spot for them.

I lost a close friend recently to the same thing.
It truly is frightening.
