Hamilton Automatic - 64028-4 - believe it's an export model
case very similar to the Sea-Lectric II

I'm breaking character today and going with a round watch that's later than my usual style. I picked up this Pan Am recently because the price was right for eventual flipping, I've never had or seen a Pan Am in person and they loom somewhat large in Gruen's legend, and it's the early Swiss-cased version that has "PANAMAERICAN" stamped on the back, so I didn't have to figure out whether it is a Pan Am, or just Pan Am-like. The original dial is really attractive in person and is tempting me to hold onto it for longer than I was planning.

Nice. Like it. Pretty similar to the Grana I'm wearing, though with a more interesting dial (and seconds hand!)

Well well well... someone got their first Illinois. A beautiful contract case with super 307 inside. You did a wonderful job of saving this and congrats on a Super looking watch.

The Edgewater is an under appreciated Elgin. Great dial and lugs. I have the same band. Wondering if it was factory or not.
