Father's watch parts

#1 Post by Snowboarder » Fri Dec 30, 2016 5:53 pm

I was recently clearing out my fathers house and I stumbled across two boxes full of watch parts, there must be 6,000-8,000 hands and nearly as many crowns. They must have been there for a while and some the labelling looks vintage, just wondering if any are worth anything or are basically redundant, any help would be appreciated.

Hopefully I have attached a few pictures.

Lots of good stuff! Many of the parts are for Swiss watches that still get repaired (from ETA, A Schild, and the like).

I'd suggest selling it off as a lot on eBay or contacting Tom at Dashto.com to see if he wants to make an offer. It is hard to say what it is worth.

It is hard to put a price on it. eBay may be your best outlet if you are looking to get money out of it. I personally think you might do better if you separate it into a couple lots and take good pictures of what is there.
