Unless you find someone that likes it then it is worth its gold value.
If you were going to sell it I would try to get melt value plus $20 if it runs and enough to cover selling costs on top of that.
Most ladies watches don't have much value. Obviously there are the exceptions.

If it were mine, I'd be keeping it as an heirloom for ladies in my family to enjoy wearing in the future (and me now!). I think it's a very pretty watch! Yes, there are some collectors who like little watches like that, and do wear them -- I'm particularly fond of little round ones and have quite a few of them, including a bunch of Hamiltons. (But no, I'm not looking to buy yours -- I have way too many watches in my collection, and I need to look after the "care and feeding" of my "babies" rather than adopt more.)
