What is in the box?

Picked this one up today. Although the case is a bit marked up the watch itself looks to be NOS.

I took a look in the 1970's catalogs but did not find this one in the self wind day date sections.

What is the model name? The original price marked is $245 if that helps.

Could not find it, look on the back of the case and see if there are some numbers.
