Anyone have any experience and/or advice with DIY hand replacement? Thinking about trying it on a recent 70's Seiko 5 7019-8180 acquisition. Hands are a little rough and could use some replacing. Any suggestions on where to buy parts or if there is a place I can send for cheap. Not worried about keeping original so non-OEM parts will work. Thanks!

A search of the pink pages (Ranfft) for a Seiko 7019 indicates that the movt uses 1.50 x 0.90 x 0.20mm hands.

Here's the link to the full specs
