I am, admittedly, a watch noob, but since I was recently passed down a some cool watches, I've been trying to learn and read up. Perhaps the most interesting watch I got was this vintage Seiko Quartz (pics attached).
It's in GREAT condition, just needs a new battery. From doing my research regarding identifying Seiko watches, I can surmise that it was made in May of either '84 or '94...but from what I've seen on this certain type of Seiko, I'm guessing that it's 1984.
The model is 8123-7049. I have Googled "Seiko Quartz 8123-7049", but couldn't find many watch collector's opinions on them. It's in really great shape, I was taken aback by the condition immediately. Are these watches well made? Do they old any value today?
