Ladies Rolex with diamond bezel -- value?

#1 Post by lanellincolorado » Tue Nov 24, 2015 6:57 pm

I don't use my Rolex anymore and would like to sell it. How do I go about determining its value? What is the best vehicle to use to find a buyer? Its dirty but in good condition.

Your best bet is searching eBay for something similar and try selling it on eBay with a reserve.

I sold one for my aunt. It was very similar - 2 tone rolex, ladies size. It had a Tiffany dial (she had purchased it there in the 70s). It ended up selling for around $1,100. I saw a couple from retailers on the web and on eBay for $2,000. It did not have a diamond bezel, but I don't think that will anything substantial to the value.

Unfortunately, there are 2 strikes against it: 1) It's a small size. Most women are wearing larger watches these days. 2) It's two tone. As of present, this has fallen out of favor as well.

Hope this helps.
