Interesting Find - The Army's Timekeeper

#1 Post by GLADIATOR » Mon Nov 23, 2015 6:48 am

Found this in the collection on Saturday. It is a most interest "Army" dial. Boer War or WWI not sure. font is very early style.
Its an important piece, as we rarely see dials like this, two time zones, 24 hour and 12 hour AND marked "in Camp" and "at home"
Note it "IN" camp but "at" home
Also clearly states "The Army's Timekeeper"
