Take a look at this astronaut, It has a 24 hour dial, it has a date code of M3 and the movement is a USA "Gilt" (gold plated) M2 date code 214H, it has a JB Champion Bullet Link Bracelet with a accutron logo clasp......

Someone else though so to because I was offered $1600.00 for it but I like the 24 hour dial a lot and seeing how I just got it I turned him down......

Maybe this existed and I'm not remembering it, but seems to me like someone had it redialed and had an hour hand placed where the GMT hand originally went (along with replacing the other hands).

Well it turned out the movement, dial, and hands did not belong in a astronaut so I sold that part to a friend and now I'm on the look out for the movement, dial, and hands that goes in a astronaut watch, It may be a long wait. :?:

I've seen most of those things on the 'bay before, so don't give up too much hope. If you search for the 24 hour wheels, I've seen them listed as well. I've turned a Valjoux 7730 into 24 hour, but not sure if just the hour and minute wheel are all you need to swap or not. I'll keep en eye out...

I think this watch could be back together today with all the correct date and type parts like the correct date & type movement, dial, and hands (214HN M4, astronaut dial, And Hands), Man I can hardly wait ! :D

Well it's been awhile but the parts needed to get it back together and running again were found and my good friend has it done, Thanks Steve !

He took some pictures of it so I can share it with anyone who is interested, I'm not sure how close it is to factory correct but I'm just happy I have my astronaut back and it looks great to me !
