Too expensive IMO too -- especially as it's missing the very interesting (and critical) lug pins.

Model was either a high 600 series or more likely a low 1600 series. We have no corresponding catalog entry.

Interestingly, the two cases have different grade movements: one a 428 and the other (the BIN) a 430. I would bet that LeCoultre's movement was switched at some point. It would have been a man's watch, so the conjecture of a special metal band would be sound.
