I've done some condensing of data and pumped it into a slide show as its way to hard to publish here.

what I'm hoping for is discussion about

Models not listed that you know of (please post images or links to images)
Case numbers you can confirm from your collections
If anything is wrong in the slides
If you have images you don't mind being used in the slide show

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1d15PHf44V9OaRG_TabSqscd8G3QA7AvQ6sITeQdEm_I/pub?start=true&loop=false&delayms=9000

Note: You can use the mouse or arrow keys to flick slides if you don't want to wait.

Thanks in advance for your time

Pretty sure that's a Penfield dial. The Penfield is a 750/775 model. Looks like a bad fit for a 761.

Here are some of mine:

Wow. I want to respond to this in depth, but right now work has twisted around it evil little bony finger.
Once I get free, I'll post what I have. I think this project deserves a well thought out response.

I actually do think this one is original though (well, it has been redialed). I've seen this dial a couple of times on the bay, but lost out.
Or maybe my memories are just a result of a drugged induced 36 hour marathon on eBay looking for 760s  ;)

Bryan posted his with the black dial here

any one want to take a crack at explaining or digging a little more ? I'm still dredging for advertisements.

Thanks,

Will add it to the slides.

Haveibg trouble finding the 30 jewel models in the archives...

There's one or two 27 jewel models missing too.

The 9815 and 9817 cases were used for both 760 and 761 watches. 9815s are Thin-Thin "27" or "30" A, regardless of the dial, while the 9817 is the Thin-Thin "30"B, but not, I believe, the "27" B.

I have this 30 jewel model if it is helpful. I think it is a front-loader - and have never opened it - so no case numbers or anything.

760 30 B 9817
So I looked for one. Found one. Made offer and its on its way.
This place is going to be the reason I'm broke. Lol.

oh yes, but with data like this, you're saving money by buying the right model and just taking a stab in the dark! (thats what I keep telling myself).

Slides updated.

4445?
Looks like the J?
It's a front loader. I took the pic when I had it apart. I could take it back apart if needed.

Can I get you to reshoot

Image

It shouldn't be 4445 as its the square case 761.

Sorry to be a pain, thanks.
