I believe the crystals that you referenced for sale are actually sold by one of our members — he may pop in at some point to help clarify. It could actually be that he mislabeled a crystal, though I am not certain. Our Elgin experts may chime in eventually as well. :)

Should the base color for this dial be stark white or a slightly cream-colored off-white?

I"m having it re-done by International Dial and it seems as if the re-dial they're proposing is stark white instead of off-white.

Yes, He did make a mistake but I'm sure he will correct it promptly.
