Is this a Fake Movado? (99% sure it is) want to ask experts

#1 Post by iKokomo » Sat Nov 26, 2016 11:54 am

I found this at a thrift store and it looked good one the outside, but when I opened it up to change the battery, the movement does not look Movado quality at all. It is a no jeweled movement made in Singapore and the inside of the case back says made in China. I am almost certain it is fake. I just want some of the experts to say it is and how to return it to the thrift store in a convincing way so I get my money back.

Thanks!

Fake sadly and I've seen quite a few of these. All with plastic quartz. The giveaway here is the fact that the quality of the metal is lacking in comparison with the real deal.
