1982 Longines Quartz - Needs Help

#1 Post by JerseyMo » Sun Oct 28, 2012 7:10 am

The watch is in great conditon. 18k plated, saphire crystal, and all that good stuff. BUT - the orginal battery leaked and the gold traces on the board are all eaten away. I was looking online at ETA replacement movement. Not sure if it is the right way to go. Ebay search for Longines 960.2 movements are very infrequent and a bit pricey.

Anyone have a Longines parts donor available? 960.2 Or are you interested in buying or trading for this one?

I won a working replacement for 19.95...was aksed for near 100.00 from an online supplier! and that was only for parts not an entire movement.
