Rolex Oyster "army"

#1 Post by CaptainRamon34 » Mon Sep 12, 2016 11:31 am

Looking for information about this model watch. number on the back is 212561 and engraved with initials MAG.
I have owned it since the 1960's and was told it was sold at West point to officers.

Well, back to the topic...The "Army" case reference was most commonly 3139 (this is the smaller, 30mm, version of this case design). It should be on the outer case back under the SN you mentioned (which dates it to the early 40s). I have no idea about your West Point story, but I highly doubt it as an institutional policy.
