Hi,

I bought this 1960's sea master on eBay a while ago purely because I saw it and instantly wanted it, it wasn't from a collectors perspective I just liked the look of it and hadn't seen another watch like it colour wise etc.

I have been told before its from 1965. I had no box or papers with it but it was fairly cheap in my eyes anyway and I just wanted it. I recently had it serviced by a man who worked in the omega factory in the 60's, he commented on what a nice watch it was and said it was in great condition for its age.

It's a manual wind, keeps good time. Nice and slimline.

I am just curious about it now as my collection has since grown and I've become more detail orientated.

Thanks

Dial looks poorly refinished to me.

Yeah I don't think that that is the original dial but it's still a nice piece. If you want the exact year of production for this watch you have to take off the case back and check the movement serial number. It should say 19-20 million or something like that. Then match it with the info below.
