Here'a a truly near-mint plain JR with the standard dial. It had seemingly never before been serviced when I got it a 4-5 years ago.

Gorgeous plain-bezel JRs, RIck and Greg!

(Greg: It's often hard to tell what is yellow gold and what is green gold, of course, but I believe the JR you posted must be GGF, as no records have been found of that model ever having been issued in yellow. -- The Catalog Queen)
