Anyone else having problems with them?

My watch guy sent them dials from my Dorsey and Seneca two months ago. Both were finished and paid for, but the Seneca wasn't returned. A few weeks ago he was able to get them on the phone. They said they forgot to mail the dial back and would get it out. Nothing from them since. He's called/emailed with zero response. I called today and got their VM, but the box was full. :evil:

I haven't tried to reach them directly lately, but I sent in a few dials last week (for the first time since the Spring) and I noticed that they processed them into their online system promptly, so someone is there. ;)

Seems they go through periods like this. That's why I have my watch guy send them in so he has to deal with this stuff. :oops:

Just an update that I heard from ID yesterday on my dials which they finished in record time. Sounds like they had been on vacation, which may account for the lack of communication Tom's watch guy was experiencing. . . .

The dial has supposedly been mailed to my guy. He was out of town last week, so I should know this week.

Talk him into selling it!! LOL.

I have had several talks with him, but I think he thinks there are no problems. Talked with him today. It's a long story which I don't want to get into. I have almost all the men's dial plates from the 40's forward. If I knew how to do it, I would....I need a lesson. It can't be that hard.

My guy has the dial - yay - and at week's end I should have a Dorsey with the two-tone black enamel numeral & Seneca with black enamel numeral dials back.

So, since I was complaining about ID a couple months ago, I need to give credit when it's deserved.

I mailed a printed Greenwich dial on Thursday. They received it Monday and it's finished today (Tuesday). I just paid for it, and if it goes out in tomorrow's mail, I could have it Friday or Saturday. I don't know if a quicker turn-around is possible. Props to ID!
