Just sold my 1969 Airman a couple months ago. (Kind of regret it :( )
Just make sure you get one with a working hacking feature. It can get real expensive to get parts to fix them. I found a guy that has manufactured the parts, but charges like $3-400 for them. Good luck.

Regarding the Glycine Airman hack device being inoperative, typically, only the wire is broken. The wire, which is .06 mm stainless steel, can be replaced for less than $100. If one had to replace the entire mechanism, the lever with the wire and the modified stem to operate the lever, $300 would be a sufficient amount.

To see images of the hack parts, you can find them here: http://www.nevadawatchrepair.com/glycin ... rvice.html
