1938 IWC -
This was a rescued movement. broken balance staff, no case. Sent it off to the UK for repairs and it has been running great.

Mo, I'll bite, that dial is very interesting and unusual.....what was the intent behind it? :D It appears to be a one-pusher chronograph with an itsy-bitsy tachymeter scale in the center. I thought at first it was telemeter, but I don't think so. very well maybe and if all goes right I have my eye ...

I've always seen them described as a chronomter dial. Also came with black dial. Guess now I should try and find the orginal instructions on usage. Not that I can see the fine details anyway!
