Thanks Tom. I always vacillate over whether or not to refinish dials. I know it's not likely that most of mine are original, and your cushion looks so much better with the new dial (as do almost all of your watches that I have seen).

SeanO, that's sweet! Did anyone see or participate in the NAWCC "time in office" webinar on Monday? It featured Presidential timepieces. I believe it was Truman who wore a Gallet - they had no idea until NAWCC contacted them and now they are a major supporter. Kind of a cool story...

Ok, so I read the earlier thread about the Webster that went for north of $300, and I remained quiet as I had seen another and was an early bidder (and hoped that I wasn't bidding against Mark or Tom!). With seconds left, the bid jumped from $32 (YES!) to north of $200 (Noooo!) and I missed out. :cr...
