okay, so I guess it just does not want to turn?
A trick I learned is to run a little lube around the gap that than use a gripper (those rubber type for jar lid removal) pad to help .

Give that a try.

very interesting because I went into an Omega store this past Saturday to try one of this on. Man it was very difficult not to leave the store without it.
