I would guess it's the one, as I received an email from someone asking if I had a spare rotor for a 690. I only have a complete movement with dial and hands I explained, I could not just sell the rotor.

I think it says S/W 666, which would mean Schwab & Wuispard and house a 666 movement?

They are not made to hold a working movement. I had a spare dial and hands for the K-475. There is no movement in the K-475 and as you can see it fits just right.

Any good gold smith jeweler can fix it. Cost will be different per jeweler.
