64430A13-2B2D-4ACF-9890-B2029F1B72E8.jpeg Recvd this beauty with box and papers for a present and haven't been able to find out Year or model. The case is 10K white RG. It’s hand wind and was told it was 17j. Unfortunately I can’t open it up as it’s a top loader and I don’t have proper tool. There ...

Re: Plez Help ID Odd Benrus?

Thank you afire! The look is what caught my eye, it’s in very good condition dial, case, and movt. It was very inexpensive so I’d call it a home run! I’m thinking 1950s?

Plez Help ID Odd Benrus?

I'm hoping the collective wisdom of the forum can assist me to ID this odd Benrus. This sq case stepped lug watch caught my eye in a Swap Shop the other day and upon closer inspection the dial cinched the purchase, along with what I considered a good price. The dial at 12 says, Benrus with the word ...

Re: 1928 in the Box

WOW, great find and a beauty too!👍 I can gladly recommend Fiebing's Saddle Soap paste. I use it on all my leather including fine leather. It cleans, preserves and lubricates to keep the leather soft to prevent brittleness.

Today’s rotation brings a seldom seen TV case, early 1970’s Omega Seamaster with original blue slate textured dial. All original except today it’s wearing a matching custom minimal stitch strap.

Best to all for a very healthy and happy holiday!

With all due respect, while this watch isn't as bad of a fake as the Rolex you posted, it is still a poor fake. Sorry

Re: Is Discussing Fakes Condoning It?

I work for a music company so am well aware of the impact of piracy and how so many I knew lost their positions because of it. Did you watch the Defiant ones one HBO, it's gets into how the whole music industry was wiped out because of the internet and Napster. Nookster, must be another HBO series ...
