No, the dial has applied gold numerals and markers... they are solid gold and "riveted" on with little posts that go through holes in the dial. The dial refinisher pushes them out (from behind) to refinish the dial and then presses them back on when the paint's dry. The trick is to get the printing ...

Probably a jeweler-cased movement. I suspect the case is RGP and not gold filled.
