Many refinished dials are great! One needs to understand what you are getting and it can vary from dial to dial and tolerance can vary from collector to collector. This is for learning and not to be critical of anyone. These dials shown have something common to many of the dials from the 50's and 60...

There are some beautiful watches here!

My Holy Grail came available with Dan sharing with me there was a 53' Tildon cld on the Heritage site. I was able to purchase it. It is the only one I have ever seen.

My "cld" collection is complete "short of some dial variations."

The last couple of days I have been wearing the 73' Day N' Date 5007, 825 movement. #825003-3

With the original Kevin Drema bracelet. "Pretty George Jetson!" A limited one year production run.

I have a better dial, I'm dropping in! :o Perfection, it is a disease! :lol:

Unless, of course, the thrill of the hunt is what interests you. Then the sky is the limit... find all the CLDs, find all the asymmetrics, find all the models...

For Friday the 72' Day N' Date 6500, with the original issue two tone Duchess bracelet.

One of my favorites! The watch has so much going for it; the dial, the case and the bracelet.

For Thursday the 75' Auto Date Duncan, with the original issue bracelet, with no identification on it.

837029-14 (Gold Plated) for being plated it is in excellent condition.
