Re: WRUW 9/17 through 9/23/2017?

For Monday I have on the 1975 Auto Date Hawk with the NOS Baldwin bracelet.

Recently upgraded the bracelet and last year already Todd provided me a new Crystal, which needs to be sent out and pressed in.

Re: WRUW 9/10 through 9/16/2017

Today I have on the 75' Day n' Date 6005 with the (new addition) Metalink Drema Bracelet with the Hamilton logo on the clasp. The bracelet showed last night in the mail, still need more polishing and fitting. The watch needs a white second hand, I have one and will go on when it gets cleaned. Happy ...

looks great, Pat
That bracelet is very hard to find (it was for me at least)
Thanks Todd! Probably tomorrow one will pop on the swamp with a BIN of $24. I feel good about it, I guess that is what matters!

Updated Cross Country II (new bracelet)

Hamilton 1967-57 Cross Country II with a complete bracelet. This can come off my bucket list! :) I have been chasing parts for 4 years for the Kreisler bracelet. The ends finally made themselves available last week in a listing that did not list Kreisler in anyway. I took a flyer on it for $34 and ...

Converta vs. Railroad Electric Cases

The Hamilton Electric Converta series and the Railroad Special Series share the same cases. The bezels are changed out as well as the back depending on how they were set up. This question is probably too simple, hopefully Rene' with pipe in. Here goes; Would the Converta III bezel and the RR51 are t...

Re: WRUW 9/10 through 9/16/2017

Nice Watch Todd! Sometimes 9/11 seems so long ago... we all remember when we saw the images for first time, they are etched in our mind! The eerie unfolding of our innocence and false security being taken... So for this special day the 1959 Uranus 505 movement , with a Kreisler bracelet with the inc...

Looks great. And a result if the contacts seem ok.
I felt I was in luck, without a battery in, when I set the stem the balance wheel would take off. I'm sure it needs a good cleaning, I was just amazed it started right up!
